1. How does the resistive touch screen work?

When you press your finger on a resistive screen, the top, flexible layer touches the bottom one, and the interruption in the electrical current is noted by the device, and it calculates the precise location of the point of contact. Depending on what button is located under your finger, the software registers the coordinates and performs the command. they respond to pressure, you can activate them with bare fingers, gloves, or styluses (remember the PalmPilot ?), but you can't swipe or use multi-touch gestures, because the electric current encased within can only successfully register one point of contact at a time.

2. What is the Warranty for the touch screen of VICPAS ?

For the touch screen, we have 1 years warranty.If any quality problems on our side were found in this period,we will send you the replacement in your right now .

3. How can we get sample to check quality from VICPAS ? And how many days ?

You can order one or few pcs sample to check our product quality firstly. It can be ready within 1 days once we receive the sample payment.

4. If i order the wrong part, could it be returned?

Definitely, Vicpas provide up to 90 days return service. if there have any question within returnable date, feel free to let me now, we will help to send back the parcel, and refund the money immediately. (notice: buyer should pay the shipment charge of both)
